Went here last night. There were three couples including us dining in. We waited 58 minutes for a plain ny pizza. The girl who brought it to table acted like we put her out because she had to walk 20 feet carrying a pie. Everything is self service otherwise. Including ordering. There's no contact with the workers. No one greets you and says Hi when you walk up. The whole vibe is cold. The pizza was decent. It was hot and tasty but I wouldn't dine in there ever again especially after that kind of wait. I don't care about phone in orders. Every pizza place has them, and I've been to very busy pizza places where the wait was nowhere near an hour

Stopped here after a drive from Buffalo. Buffalo always boosts how good their pizza is. Not even close to how delicious this pizza was. The service was excellent and I even chatted with the owner because I had to rave about how good their food was. I highly highly recommend!!!

Tried the New Haven pizza and it was amazing. The dough was so good. Crispy on the outside while light and chewy on the inside. My pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes, the customer service and all around atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Please save yourself the time and go to the Clark’s Summit location. Gonna start by saying maybe let’s start dressing like we are going to work not going to bed. Get rid of the pajama pants and dress a little more professional. Showed up about 5 minutes after it said my order would be ready. Nothing was ready. Then they proceeded to mix up my pizza with someone else’s in line behind me. I get it stuff happens but the guy working asked if I wanted the other jalapeño pizza and I said no I want the honeybee I ordered he rolled his eyes and acted like it was an inconvenience for him to make me the pizza I paid $28 for. Waited almost 25 minutes for the correct pizza and it was probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It was a soggy and sloppy mess. Also looks like a 4 year old cut the pizza. Please go to Clark’s summit.

We had a small mix-up with our order at Gio’s Pizza Co., but the owner personally came out right away to apologize and had it fixed and delivered to our table in just minutes. Outstanding service and accountability! The star of the meal was their Honey Bee pizza — hot honey, pepperoni, ricotta, and a ton of fresh basil. It was absolutely fantastic! The crust was perfect, the flavors balanced beautifully, and that hot honey brought it all together in the best way. One of the best pizzas we’ve had in a while. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend Gio’s Pizza Co.!
